Ohio PK-12 Support Staff Benchmark Pay Survey

We invite Ohio PK-12 education organizations to participate in a Support Staff Benchmark Pay Survey. Participation in the survey is at no cost to you. Participants will receive a summary report that can be used to benchmark their pay against Ohio schools and districts with similar demographics to your organization. 

Survey Details: 
  • Who can participate? The Support Staff Benchmark Pay Survey is open to all Ohio PK-12 education organizations, including public school districts, career technical centers, charter schools, private schools, and educational service centers
  • Cost to Participate: Free 
  • If I participate, what do I receive? The person who completes the survey will be sent a report with aggregated salary data that can be used to evaluate the competitiveness of your organization's salaries. Data will be reported by demographics such as organization size, organization type, and region. See the quick reference guide below.
  • Positions included: Hourly jobs including office/clerical, crafts and trades, operative, and service work/laborer positions.
