*American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA) continues to manage the certification and recertification processes. Individuals who want to become pHCLE certified must register for the certification exam through AASPA (HCLeader.org) and obtain a passing score. AASPA charges a separate fee for the certification exam.
