Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ)
In order to update job descriptions, EXMI follows best practice by asking employees to provide information on their current position responsibilities through a job analysis questions (JAQ).
We first need to make sure we have an accurate understanding of the work that you regularly perform as part of your job. The JAQ enables you to share detailed information about your routine job duties and responsibilities. The questionnaire does not ask about your job performance; only what your job requires you to do.

Please complete the JAQ by Friday, April 5. We estimate it will take about 60-75 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
