Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ)
We are supporting Findlay City Schools in creating or updating job descriptions.
Invitation to Participate
The JAQ will enable you to share detailed information about your routine job duties and responsibilities. The questionnaire does not ask about your job performance; only what your job requires you to do. To create or update job descriptions, we first need to make sure we have an accurate understanding of the work that you regularly perform as part of your job.

Questions
If you have questions or need help completing the JAQ, please contact Michael Katz (MichaelK@exmi.org).
Next steps
As part of this work, EXMI will be conducting surveys, collecting benchmark pay data, and gathering information that will help inform proposed adjustments to salary schedules and pay rates for the identified positions. It is important to note that the review does not guarantee any adjustments. If adjustments are made, they will only be upward. In the future, compensation for additional positions will be reviewed.
We look forward to providing ongoing updates as the project progresses.
